That Horrible Night In March 2023

The night began ok. My wife was having a concern about a double charge on her credit card, I told her I would help resolve it after going grocery shopping at Wal Mart on Gerber and taking two you men I was mentoring back home.

I had just entered the checkout linen I got an erratic call from me wife "I just found a pound of meth in your room" I replied "sure you did, stop kidding".  "I can't do this anymore"...What was she saying?

The next series of texts were so distressing the cashier asked me should she call me an ambulance, I was in so much distress.

"Bring my car home you've been gone3 hours". I replied "honey I've been gone 45 minutes, what is going on with you".

I promptly paid and the texts continued.."I'm going to report my car stolen".  She got my son involved and he just said "return mom's car to her". I am not sure to this day what really went on.

I returned home and for some crazy reason had the instinct to record it.  My wife had been having small breakdownsl at night directed at me although I did nothing to bring them on.  I would sit up with her until she calmed and then hold her until she slept.

Two days prior around 4:30 AM she woke up to work out and couldn't find her Julian Michaels CD, I told her I upgraded our system so she had access to YouTube and could cancel Dish saving her $140 a month and she could pay off some bills.

I asked her to give me a few moments I must have hooked it up wrong.

She was panicking "I'm going to be late, I can't be late". It had been 5 minutes.

She was panicking so bad I held her asking to please check the clock it was only 5 minutes later, she drug me to the ground and was in a total meltdown.  She bit me really hard and I collapsed against the sofa with no energy and I remember her eventually calming and asking "should I call an ambulance". I declined and I remember taking her to work and coming home to collapse in bed and slept until picking her up.

This is important and I reference it in the beginning of this video as I believe it is what my wife references later in this dr

It's difficult to watch because i drastically altered my future.

  

My wife makes several allegations during this video: 

1. He has a gun

I do not own a gun she brought a box of CDs home from her parents house the week prior and in the bottom was an old Western Smith & Wesson, not even sure if it works.

2.  Our Protective Order expired last year

This was a prior incident she caused that I took responsibility for that cost me my real estate business and caused me so much mental harm I sought treatment and had been doing great.  Regardless, we've lived together happily I thought the last 4 years.

3.  I'm scared to turn my back on him

Why?  We love each other.  We are bt friends.  I would never or could never hard you.  You are my life.

I rushed inside and called EGPD, I had been distrustful of them from the previous incident in 2015 but I'll get into that later, they told me not to worry come to the door.

I opened the door and laid down on the ground exhausted, they said don't worry can your wife get her dog?

I said "you mean the dog she just text eed me asking if I wanted her to leave him"?  This was so confusing.  Shannon came up and got Brad who was mand was protecting me because we are best buddies hannging out everywhere, he rarely leaves my side.

I'm crying even writing that statement.

They made her leave, I was confused and heartbroken, what was going on?

I think two days later I get served  this a Domestic Abuse Protective Order.  Yes I was surprised because of course I could never abuse my wife.

It stated three things and I never saw it after that day so I'm going from mory.

1.  He uses my credit.

Ok since when are credit issue Domestic Violence?  Well it wasn't true anyway we maintain different credit profiles and had been married 29 years.

2.  He purchases electronics on my credit.

No this was a program one of my  tech friends helped develop that I was eager to test.  I would request a set amo it would send a message to her and she would return the bar code to me to scan at the register. She was present each time or I believe one occasion sene text from work. Still Domestic Abuse?

3.  I think she said I hit her.

I think she is referencing the earllea incident when she drug me to the ground, I never hit her and why would you have not brought that up the night you put this drama in motion?

So I read the order and as Brokers we read from end to start for addendums.  It read at the end "denied until hearing".

Around 1 o'clock a sheriff came to the door saying I had to leave my home.  I showed him the order and how I read it and he agreed.  I got to remain on my home.

The next week I cleaned the home, bought new pictures and sent encouraging texts to my wife.

I still had no idea what was going on and it was about to get much worse for me...
